Manufacture and supply of titanium bar from titanium ingot are manufactured by Electron-beam metallurgical plant of FIKO Ltd

Fiko Ltd produces following titanium ingot:

c)      titanium ingot ASTM Grade 3  dia 630-800

d)      titanium ingot ASTM Grade 4  dia 630-800

e)      titanium ingot ASTM Grade 5  dia 370-800

f)        titanium ingot ASTM Ti6Al/4V dia 370-800

g)      titanium ingot ASTM Grade 9   dia 630-800

Fiko Ltd:

a)      supplies titanium ingot to customers for manufacture of titanium bar

b)      reworks titanium ingot into titanium bar itself

c)      supplies titanium ingot for manufacture of titanium plate and sheet

d)      reworks titanium ingot into titanium sheet and plate itself

The ingots for production of titanium bar are melted according to following standards:

-           Titanium ingot from alloy grades 2V, 3М, PT3V, PT-7М, 19, 40, 17, ТU 1-5-453-78 ,  --Titanium ingot Grade-1,  Grade-2, VT1-0, VT1-00, VT6  ТU U 14275539-004-2000 ,

-         Titanium ingot VT1-0, VT1-00, VТ6, VТ6S according to ТU U  14275539-003-97 ,  Titanium ingot VT1-00, VT1-00 according to ТU U 14275539-001-94

All the materials supplied from stock or produced – titanium bar, titanium hot rolled bar, titanium forged bar – are accompanied with test certificates where the mechanical properties and chemical composition are indicated.

Titanium forged bars can be manufactured without guaranteed mechanical properties.

Materials stored in our stock, which is being regularly replenished, include:
